Curvelet Analysis

Curvelet Analysis — Basically curvelet gives you information about contours or lines in images, describing them in terms of location, direction, and offset as line segments.  The idea originated from Stanford Statistics Dept. by Prof. Donoho. (Thanks Nick for the definition info!)
